At Aqf Trading Ltd, we understand todays pressures to help preserve and protect our planet. Our mission is to become energy efficient, to not only help offset our carbon footprint but to help charities around the world with every order we make.
ENERGY SAVING LIGHTS
We have installed Energy saving lights throughout of warehouse along with automatic lights throughout our offices. This has enabled us to manage our consumption, reduce spend, and improve operational efficiency.
SOLAR PANEL INSTALLATION
We are in the process of having a premium Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Energy System which will allow us to control our electricity generation at substantially reduced costs, deliver environmental benefits and to increase our energy security. Due to our large 100,000 sq ft roof space we are able to maximise the solar energy generated and any surplus electricity is exported to the grid for use elsewhere.
COMPANY ELECTRIC CARS
We have purchased our first electric car and partnered with Jaguar Land Rover I-Pace. Along with having electric charging points at our offices.
RECYCLING FACILITIES
Our mission is to achieve zero to landfill status by converting 100% of our waste streams into reusable products or resources. We have installed paper recycling bins in our offices and recycle all our warehouse cardboard & plastic.
